Techniques

Normal Techniques

Breathing Techniques with different kinds of body movement on synchronizing the body movements along with the breathing technique. This is very much required for the people those who are new to yoga. Breath/Body Movement Coordination is compulsory and it is always good to know/learn properly with experts so that they get the right advice for their regular practice.

Special Techniques

Stimulating all the joints from the Toes till the neck region and giving the complete relaxation message for all the joints/parts of the body. Those who have less time in relaxing because of the work pressure, they can practice this method and gain the energy restored to continue their daily routines. The process of relaxation will be for 3 – 4 minutes.
